✅ A spotlight on one of our incredible founders

Let’s dive in!

Upcoming Webinar: Perfecting Your Pitch Deck

Mark your calendars: August 13th at 7PM ET!
Join us for BFVC’s very first webinar featuring special guest Jean K. Brune — startup advisor, operator, and all-around pitch deck expert.

💡 Why you should come:
Jean will share actionable tips on how to build pitch decks that actually land meetings and inspire investor confidence. This is your chance to learn from someone who’s scaled a startup from bootstrapped beginnings to becoming North America’s largest shared housing platform.

A little about Jean:
➡️ Early hire & key operator at PadSplit
➡️ Former Head of Investor Relations, Growth Ops, and more
➡️ Now advising early-stage founders on GTM strategy, customer discovery & user acquisition

It’s free, it’s practical, and he’s ready to answer your questions.

 First In-Person Event !

You heard right — our first IRL event is happening September 19th in FiDi! (Yes, an event that’s not in Brooklyn! 😃)
More details and RSVP info will drop in next month’s issue — but for now, mark your calendars and get ready to connect in person :).
